Manka Bros. Holiday Party Cancelled
Due to shareholder complaints and widespread condemnation in the press for being "incredibly insensitive" to all those whose lives were ruined during our recent massive cutbacks and layoffs, I have decided to cancel our 2008 Holiday Party at Dodger Stadium scheduled for this Wednesday night. Sorry. Maybe your friends who were fired shouldn't have bitched so much to the press and the... ahem... blogosphere.
A scaled down event will be this Wednesday night at the Smoke House Restaurant in Burbank for EVPs and above. I may or may not be there for this crappy event - Clint Eastwood is having some sort of thing at his house.Happy Holidays.

About Khan Manka, Jr.
Khan Manka, Jr. assumed the title of Chairman of the Board of Manka Bros. Studios - The World's Largest Media Company - following his father Harry Manka's death in 1976. Before that he was the member of several Southern California rock bands.
I think it's the best move. We will have to eat our deposit because we didn't cancel with enough warning - but we'll save a lot of money on food and drinks.

After the horrible year you guys had I'm surprised you're having any party at all. There really is nothing to celebrate.
