Manka Bros. Studios - Board of Directors

Assumed the title of Chairman of the Board of Manka Bros. Studios following his father Harry Manka's death in 1976. Before that he was the member of several Southern Califorania rock bands.

Mr. Siegal has been on the Board since he was coaxed out of retirement in 2004. He was previously the Chief Operating Officer of Manka Bros. from 1976-1978; 1981-1984; 1987-1991; 1997-2004. He now serves as Chief Executive Officer Emeritus. He has no plans to retire.

Pulitzer Prize finalist and Professor Emeritus of Hofstra University, Dr. Ringet has written extensively on Civil War Reconstruction and New York Cabaret Clubs of the 1950s. He serves on the Manka Bros. Ethics and Green Initiative Committees.

Former NBA player for the Atlanta Hawks, Mr. Koncak, at 7' 1", is the tallest Director of any Corporate Board. Elected to the Manka Bros. Board in 2002, he is a member of the Compensation and Audit Committees.

Former Cultural Minister of Prince Edward Island, Canada, Mr. Mullally has served on the Manka Bros. Board since 1988. He is proud to be a new American citizen and has recently written a book about the underground sex and drug scenes in Prince Edward Island.

Popular musician and author of serveral children's books, Mr. Feliciano has served on the Manka Bros. Board since 1993. He is Chair of the Compensation Committee.

As a back-up goalie during training camp for the Tampa Bay Lightning several years ago, Ms. Reaume has the distinction of being the first woman to play in the NHL. A Director since 2004, she serves on the Ethics and Sports Committees.

Percussionist for the successful musical group Metallica, Mr. Ulrich has been on the Manka Bros. Board since 1998. He is Chairman of the Finance Committee.

Popular stage and screen star, Ms. Carroll has been nominated for several Emmys and won the Tony Award in 1967 for No Strings. She was elected to the Manka Bros. Board in 1999 and serves on the Audit Committee.
