Because of the phenomenal resurgence of Golf's popularity due primarily to Tiger Woods (note his opening round lead in the British Open as he goes for the Grand Slam of major championships at age 24!), I thought I would start this discussion forum for all you golf fans (I'm talking to you, Brad Berman). I'm afraid I won't be a very good moderator as I wouldn't know a birdie from a doggie. So, go ahead, talk.

I got your emails, Ethan. I promise I will post on this golf board. See? I'm posting on this golf board. I will make sure people talk about Tiger Woods and Golf in general. Okay? If you'll excuse me, I have work to do.

All this hype, all the media circus around Tiger Woods - AND HE STILL IS LEADING AT THE BRITISH OPEN. This guy is amazing that with all the distractions, he's still focused and leading the tournament. If he wins this week, you know he could win whenever he wants and whenever he's totally focused. Amazing.

You said it, Brad. This guy is a freak. In 10 years you will more people attempting to become professional golfers because right now 5 year olds are picking clubs. By the time they are 15 - they will be a ton of amazing golfers all because of Tiger Woods.

Anyone see Tiger Woods totally dis Jack Nicklaus after Nicklaus failed to make the cut in the British Open? It was a classic. Tiger was practicing for his round, Jack finished, they met eyes and Tiger went right back to practicing, while all the other golfers stood and applauded for what will most likely be Jack's last appearance at the British Open. Tiger rules! Cut throat baby. No sign of weakness. Jack is your bitch, Tiger baby. That's how to conduct yourself in business also. Remember that kiddies.

Mr. Woods is arguably the greatest golfer in the history of the game, but today he showed very bad form, which may hurt him down the line.

Dudes, I just had to get on and say Tiger Woods is amazing. But then I saw you already had a topic, so I'll add. I'm sitting here watching the British Open and with all the photographers and gallery of people that swarm him, he's still leading by like 7 shots going into the final round. It's crazy.

Tiger is in the zone! Duvall might as well start drinking the single malt stuff now. Woods will win tomorrow even if he just kicks the ball around the course without clubs, Duvall has no shot.

You are so right, royalfan. This guy is unbelievable. And the killer instinct. He just destroys anything in his path. Duvall is coming unglued.

Duvall had a total meltdown on the 17th hole. Quadruple bogey 8 - 4 shots to get out of a bunker.

An amazing performance by Tiger. After it was over, I had to go to Jersey and hit a few buckets of balls. He is absolutely inspiring to people.

Anybody watch golf this weekend without Tiger playing? I didn't think so. I dare SAG to kick Tiger out of the union.

Has anyone dominated a sport this much to where people only want to see him play and all others are pointless?

Tiger is at it again. He's leading the PGA 1st round. He's a rare breed. Like Michael Jordan and Joe Montana, he plays better in big games. Most great athletes very rarely exceed their best in huge situations. He makes golf fun to watch. That's crazy.

It's amazing, isn't it? I expect Tiger to destroy this poor guy that he's tied with today! He's a wonder to behold.
