March 24, 1998: Manka Bros. opens its second hotel/casino in Las Vegas (after the Krakatoa in 1988), the El Pantalon. The theme was inspired by the great Flamenco dancer ‘El Pantalon’ who was a huge matinee idol for Manka Bros. in the 1930s.
