October 10, 1998: Karch Kiraly’s Trench Stories - Tales From World War 1 debuted on the Manka Docs. The series, hosted by Gold Medal volleyball player Karch Kiraly, was called tone deaf by veterans and journalists and slammed for often comparing beach volleyball to war.
